Invitation To Bid: 55KW Generac Generator

The Sullivan County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 55KW Generac generator. Generator is in working condition and was in use until time of replacement on April 29, 2026.

Bidders may request to view the item by contacting the Director of Emergency Services Jason Dickinson at 570-946-5010 or jdickinson@sullivancountypa.gov

Sealed bids shall be submitted to Chief Clerk Hope Verelst, Sullivan County Courthouse, 245 Muncy Street, PO Box 157 Laporte, PA 18626 by Monday, July 13, 2026, at 4:00 pm. Bids shall be clearly marked “GENERATOR”. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regularly scheduled Commissioners’ meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The successful bidder is responsible for acquiring proper equipment to load and haul the generator from the site no later than September 1, 2026.
